Experience and Background

I am a Clinical Psychologist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Quito, 1990). For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to studying, practicing, and teaching methods that integrate the body, mind, and spirit — because true health cannot be approached from only one dimension.

From an early age, I felt drawn to alternative ways of healing. Homeopathy, anthroposophy, yoga, movement practices, and energy-based approaches opened my path and revealed new ways of understanding human well-being. Each of these disciplines became a bridge toward a deeper, more compassionate vision of the healing process.

Throughout the years, I have combined clinical psychology with holistic modalities such as meditation, conscious movement, Chakradance, tapping techniques, and energy work, supporting people in reconnecting with themselves through presence, emotional awareness, and inner balance. My work is centered on creating safe, compassionate spaces where healing can emerge naturally and authentically.
